DISCLAIMER

Our art glass is hand created and not manufactured. Small blemishes in the glass and variances in size and shape of the shades are inherent to handblown glass. Our art glass is thick and made to last. However, broken or damaged shades can be replaced if needed.

 

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We want you to be pleased with your choices. Lighting fixtures may not be returned, however, art glass shades can be exchanged once within a 90 day period, if needed, for a restocking fee and shipping. Contact our gallery for more details.

 

CLAIMS/RETURNS

We expect shipments to arrive at their destination in good condition, however, if there is a problem, please contact Sales/Customer Service to discuss a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service team.

 

Refused/Unauthorized Returns

Merchandise shipped back without valid RMA number will not be accepted for credit. Unauthorized packages will be sent back and your account will be billed for outgoing freight charges. Packages “refused” upon delivery for return to Wimberley Glassworks or Hubbardton Forge will be billed for return freight.

 

Defective/Damaged Item

All Wimberley Glassworks products are covered by a Limited Warranty for ten years in a residential application, and five year limited warranty in a commercial application. All Hubbardton Forge products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty in residential applications, and a five year limited warranty in commercial applications.

Products returned as defective which are found to be not defective will be shipped back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return of the non-defective product.

Wimberley Glassworks/Hubbardton Forge will pay return freight for damaged or defective items by issuing “call tags” for carrier pick-up. Improper return packaging that results in damage to the fixture of its components may affect credit. Defective items must be available for pickup within 30 days of issuance of RMA or arrival of replacement.

 

Restocking Returns

Valid on art glass exchanges only, credit for restocking returns will be reduced by a 30% restocking fee to cover processing, handling and packaging costs. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition.
