Our First Ever Glassblowing Class is Now in the History Books

The first-ever Wimberley Glassworks glass blowing class just wrapped up and the glass flowers and papers weights made by our participants have started to cool! In 20 short hours their new works of glass will be ready to pick up and take home.

Instructor Manda Barnes guided our students through the creation of their own unique works of art, showing each participant how to mold and shape the glass with large metal tweezers, wooden blocks and their own breath.

Classes will be held every 1st and 3rd Friday through March. Come join the 2000 year old glassblowing tradition. The next person sitting at the glassblower's work bench could be you!
